- Solar fulfillment partners: with your request, we may share your name, contact details, and home/energy information with Powur PBC and its licensed local installation partners so they can prepare your proposal and install your system. This never includes your SMS opt-in data or consent.
- Service providers: companies that help us run our business, such as website hosting, CRM and messaging platforms, scheduling tools, and form processors. They may only use your information to perform services for us.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of SunshineIsFree, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers: if our business is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under this same policy.
